Business is part of the solution to addressing ecosystem related challenges, so this Forum is an excellent opportunity for business to showcase and discuss what is currently being applied on the ground. This Happy Hour will end 5 days of events, all aiming at featuring, demonstrating and discussing the issue and possible approaches to address it.
During this last session, a number of speakers will share their perspectives and learnings from the whole Congress. In particular, they will reflect on the most innovative and impactful solutions they heard about during the Congress – both related to company activities as well as public policy. It will also be the opportunity for all WCC participants to openly share views, keeping in mind the next milestone in terms of biodiversity conservation, i.e. the CBD COP11 in Hyderabad, India (October 2012).
DRAFT AGENDA – speakers listed are confirmed, although some gaps remain.
As this is a Happy Hour event, we will limit the session to 30-45 minutes, leaving lots of time for networking over drinks and nibbles.
