Convocar a partes interesadas/creaci�n de redesInput from WCPA members and other experts was obtained to develop a Best Practice Guidelines on Ecological Restoration for Protected Areas.
Educaci�n/Comunicaci�n/Concientizaci�nWCPA and Parks Canada have actively promoted the use of Best Practice Guidelines on Ecological Restoration for Protected Areas.

A Best Practice Guidelines (BPG) on Ecological Restoration for Protected Areas was published in 2012.
Principles identified by this BPG have communicated and promoted in the CBD process.
¿Qué esfuerzos se están llevando a cabo para superar dichos obstáculos?: 
A project for supporting, thorugh Capacity Development, the practical application of the BPG on Ecological Restoration was developed but securing the funding has been unsucessful.
