The Ministry of Environment, RoK, has encouraged the IUCN Asia Regional Office to engage directly with the Jeju Government. Discussions are underway but funding has not yet been secured.

IUCN Asia regional office is following up with jeju government as the resolution is only focused on Jeju and hence there is no other interest in funding the implementation outside of Jeju
