Indique cuáles han sido los resultados/logros obtenidos en el marco de las actividades realizadas: 
By April22/2013 five letters explaining this Recommendation were sent to: Ministers of Environment of Brazil and Bolivia, Environment Secretaries of Argentina and Paraguay and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia.
National Committees were consulted by this office to better identify the targets of the letters in each country. IUCN-Sur executed a Project in El Chaco region for Protected Areas ending in 2012 (with support of AECID).
¿Qué esfuerzos se están llevando a cabo para superar dichos obstáculos?: 
IUCN South America is also coordinating actions with IUCN-NL during 2016 in the framework of the Project "SHARED RESOURCES, JOINT SOLUTIONS" carried out in El Chaco eco-region and executed by IUCN-NL.
