Through its work to advance the Global Judicial Institute on the Environment, the World Commission on Environmental Law has involved in a series of events across the world in preparing, training, and enhancing the capacity of judges on environmental issues.

It is difficult for the secretariat focal point to judge because no reports have been received from relevant members or commissions.

Focal points from WCEL and the Global Judicial Institute on the Environment need to be identified to ensure the effective implementation of the resolution.
