The Working Group required by WCC-2016-Res-003 has been established and has begun its work. To contact the Working Group, please email to the Chair, Mr Amran Hamzah, via sarah.over@iucn.org.
¿Qué esfuerzos se están llevando a cabo para superar dichos obstáculos?: 
Due to ambiguities in the formuation of WCC-2016-Res-003, it took a couple of discussions in Council before the Terms of Reference were finalized. Further, it required Council to undertake a proactive search to identify Working Group members that reflect the diversity of IUCN's constituents as well as a wide spectrum of views on this issue.

Convocar a partes interesadas/creaci�n de redesAt its 98th meeting in February 2020, based on the Working Groups's recommendations, the IUCN Council will approve a proposal for submission to Congress in June 2020 including, as the case may be, amendments to the Statutes.
Convocar a partes interesadas/creaci�n de redesThe Working Group will work by email correspondence and remote meetings with the purpose of preparing options for the consideration of the IUCN Council at its 96th meeting in March 2019.
Convocar a partes interesadas/creaci�n de redesWith the support of the IUCN Council, the Working Group will consult the IUCN Membership (e.g. through the Regional Conservation Forums to be held in May-August 2019) with the purpose to build consensus. Taking into account the feedback from the IUCN Membership, the Working Group will prepare a proposal for Council's consideration at its 98th meeting in February 2020.
