Describe the results/achievements of the actions taken: 
The IUCN Environmental Law Centre has developed "CLIMA" a practical toolkit to assess the effectiveness of climate change action and EbA measures worldwide.
What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
In the absence of action from IUCN Members, the Secretariat through the Environmental Law Centre is promoting this Resolution.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution: 
The Director General would need to review and approve CLIMA as an action toolkit within the framework of Resolution 44 and present it as a Union resource to address climate change. Further work would be needed to link CLIMA with ECOLEX and InforMEA.
