One member reports significant and positive actions on implementation in Spain with good results (see the submitted activity report which has considerable detail included).

Challenge is to scale up from reported actions by one member.

Ideally this work would be amplified via a new project in IUCN, but we do not have capacity at present to promote such an initiative, thus implementation relies on member uptake.
