Educaci�n/Comunicaci�n/Concientizaci�nWe spoke at a conference in Colombia on Restorative Transitional Justice of the JEP, in Sept 2024. One of the main topics discussed was the challenges and opportunities of treating the territory as a victim in the conflict. A member also presented to Colombian judges a Report on Presentation for Judges and Legal Officers of the JEP: “Protection of Natural Sites qua Cultural Property in Armed Conflict”On-going

Indique cuáles han sido los resultados/logros obtenidos en el marco de las actividades realizadas: 
We have advanced our aim of providing guidance to states in relation to implementation of the ILC's PERAC principles, which forms a major component of the Resolution. Our broader work in the area of international criminal law and for specific conflicts, such as that in Ukraine, is also helping to achieve implementation of the Principles and advancing the protection of the environment in armed conflict.
