Indicate which actions have been carried out to implement this Resolution : 
Convene stakeholders/Networking
Describe the results/achievements of the actions taken: 
Following more intense actions during the past year (2023), it was agreed to convene a meeting to continue and follow up the discussions especially between the CEM and the RWG. Such meeting has not happened unfortunately, and is still pending. A date is being discussed now hopefully for early 2025, as noted by ZSL.
What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
The implementation of this resolution has advanced well in 2022-2023 - now the pending meeting is the main step to ensure it continues advancing well.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution: 
The most important step now is to ensure the foreseen meeting between CEM and the RWG happens ASAp - now there are discussions to have it in early 2025. Similarly to the report from last year: "...it will be fruitful for the RWG and CEM to continue to exchange on this important Resolution, and work together perhaps in even closer collaboration, towards its delivery before the next WCC. A great deal of progress has already been made, on which next steps may build. If deemed useful, the Secretariat stands ready to help connect and support efforts."
