Natural resource governance training manual

This Manual presents a framework, includes technical material for raising awareness, and provides basic education on governance in the context of natural resources, and is designed to target a wide audience. There is a strongly felt need for a structured training manual to provide standard learning materials across society to promote a common understanding of the concepts, components and principles of governance, which are not clearly understood by the communities and even officials responsible for making and implementing decisions that affect natural resources and natural resource users.
