After three years SE4ALL has recently presented the progress that has been made in transitioning into an independent, international non-profit organization. Its news leader Rachel Kyte presented on June 13 its new Strategic Framework, which is the precursor to a developing a more detailed implementation plan. The objectives remain the same to ensure universal access to modern energy services, double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency and double the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix, all by 2030. SE4ALL ambition is to go faster and further than it has to date. The SE4ALL value proposition is to empower leaders to broker partnerships and unlock finance to achieve universal access to sustainable energy, as a contribution to a cleaner, just and prosperous world for all.
