Rassembler des parties prenantes/R�seautageParks Canada is contributing the time of two staff and additional resources to help lead the development of #NatureForAll. Through the joint IUCN-WCPA and IUCN-CEC task force, they have helped to build a coalition of over 375 partners who are advancing the #NatureForAll movement through activities such as sharing of success stories, developing toolkits to connect new audiences with nature, videos and other resources in multiple languages.On-going
Rassembler des parties prenantes/R�seautageParks Canada, the Canadian Museum of Nature and the Canadian Committee for IUCN convened a meeting of over 30 Canadian #NatureForAll partners to develop a year-long communication and outreach strategy to engage diverse sectors in the #NatureForAll partnership in Canada in January 2019. Parks Canada also participated in international conferences of the Children & Nature Network, World Urban Parks, and Healthy Parks Healthy People to raise awareness and build support for the movement.On-going
Education/Communication/SensibilisationParks Canada continues to develop and expand programs such as Learn to Camp, Campus Clubs and XPlorers that connect people with nature and contribute to the achievement of #NatureForAll. As of 2018, Parks Canada offers free access to its places for all children under 18.On-going
Activit�s visant � influencer et/ou promouvoir les politiquesParks Canada team members helped to develop the report “Connecting with Nature to Care for Ourselves and the Earth: Recommendations for Decision Makers”, a global research synthesis and policy recommendations on the link between nature experiences and support and action for conservation, led by the Children & Nature Network. Parks Canada, C&NN, and other #NatureForAll partners also collaborated to develop supporting communication products, such as an infographic. These resources are being shared globally to help individuals, communities, and organizations inform decision-making to connect people with nature. Completed
