Members of the CEESP and WECL and proposers of Motion 40 (now Reso 119) have begun meeting to draft a proposed plan for progress on this resolution.

What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome :

None at this time.

We hope once finalized we can submit our proposal to IUCN leadership that will help us move this issue forward.
