In 2024, no further activity was done after the colloquium held on November 28, 29 and 30, 2023 at the University of Antananarivo, focusing on the theme " Natural resource management: a pre-condition for sustainable social and economic development ".

What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
As Madagascar's Mining Code is currently undergoing a process of reform, this paper serves as a reference guide for policymakers and all stakeholders, targeting priority legal and policy reforms to reduce the environmental impacts of the mining industry.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution: 
Publication of articles on the social responsibility of mining industries in Madagascar and around the world.
Provision of technical guidance to reduce the impacts of the mining industry on biodiversity in the affected countries.
