Scientific/technical activitiesIt was agreed to develop a joint ELC and BBP proposal for the development of the 2 studies: one on the impacts of the exploitation of unconventional fossil fuels on biodiversity and a second one providing a comparative study of legal regimes.

Preliminary desktop study on legal regimes relevant to the issue was conducted by the ELC.
