The meeting brought together representatives of initiatives such as The Forest Dialogue, Eco-Agriculture Partners, GIZ, the EU, the Roundtable for Responsible Bioproducts, the World Business Council on Sustainable Development and others to discuss the challenges to determine the optimal allocation of biomass among competing end users and what are the opportunities for a more close collaboration. A concept note has been developed to promote a cross cutting collaboration on biomass issues and fund raising is currently underway.
