OtherManagement and financial matters by two IUCN staff based in Barbados and Antigua &Barbuda, as well as a suite of consultants working on especif tasks according the project portfolio and in coordination and monitoring with the Caribbean Regional Commitee of Members
Scientific/technical activitiesProjects field activities, including capacity building process for IUCN Members and key national and regional allies and partners
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
2015-2016: Among other actions It has been achieved a portfolio of 5 projects addressing issues that contribute to the implementation of the IUCN Caribbean Workplan 2013-2016, which includes the following topics:
Protected Areas Conservation,Implementation of the Nagoya Protocol, NBSAP, Ecosystem resilience, Coastal Protection for climate change adaptation. Including coordination actions with IUCN Commissions, in particular with the WCPA and the SSC.

What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?:
