Field activitiesTheare are three dugongs recorded around Okinawa island, named individual A, B,and C.From May until mid-July of 2014, more than 150 dugong feeding trails by indivisual C at the planned area for reclamation off the Camp Schwab of Henoko. Since May 2015, the dugong indivisual C has never used Heono and Oura bay area. However the sea wall construction which is a begenning part of the reclamation project has started last year. The above stated seagrass bed has aleady lost. This is a crisis for endangered dugong population. One new dugong was found in 2016, therefore there are now four dugong.On-going
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
The construction works for the United States Marine Corps facility (Futenma Replacement Facility) has started in 2017. Seagrass beds for Okinawa dugong has been lost.
