Overall there is significant work going on within IUCN to implement this Resolution.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
The policy discourse on IWT is dominated by a focus on enforcement and demand reduction. This resolution is challenged in some respects by implementation of IUCN Resolution 011, and implementation of that resolution by IUCN does not appear to be based on engagement of those communities in combating IWT.
