No action has been taken. The WCEL Climate Change SG Chair said she would raise it, but never advised of any action being taken.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?:
Opposition from the Secretariat. Despite the fact that climate change is the principal cause of ecosystem threats and damages, the Secretariat maintains that it is not in our mission and we lack relevant expertise, ignoring the WCEL & IUCN Academy never utlilized or even consulted. Our program resolution was opposed and defeated.l
