Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
The MPA coverage in OSPAR waters is steadily increasing and Aichi Target 11 might be met. The MPA coverage in Helcom waters has exceeded Aichi Target 11 and Helcom is interested in increasing the coverage even more.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
Ecological coherence of the MPA networks of OSPAR and HELCOM as well as the effective management of the existing MPAs have to be improved.
