Evaluating natural heritage areas to determine if they are protected areas or OECMS

Describe any challenges encountered in implementing this Resolution and the measures taken
Since some activities and infrastructure are impact gradients determining what is "environmentally damagining" can be challenging. I use the scientific literature to help me determine what should be excluded and what is OK. roads are an example of an impact gradient from trail to super highway. .

Determined whether the natural heritage areas were PAs or OECMs and if they would count towards Aichi 11
