The Caribbean Members Committee has met in a couple of occasions to coordinate efforts and propose the drafting of a strategy to advance implementation of the Rec 021.
What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome :
To get the approval of the proposed steps to develop a strategy for implementation of the recommendation.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution:
a. The Caribbean Committee Members will review and approve the draft strategy for the Rec 021.
b. The steps from the draft strategy, once reviewed and approved will be implemented. The timeline and sequence of steps for the strategy will be described in the final version of the strategy.
