Capacity-buildingOnboard observers and CeDePesca representatives participated in a training provided by the Instituto del Mar del PerĂº (IMARPE) to 400 observer crew members (Salvamares) of the industrial anchovy fleet. IMARPE's Salvamares programme helps determine the interaction of the fishing fleet with sharks, rays, birds, mammals and sea turtles and prevents negative impacts on them.Completed
