Description and results/achievements of activities:
CBDRM Activities had been carried out in district Pishin, Quetta and Jhal Magsi (these districts were badly affected by floods of 20222) after disaster management phase WESS entered into recovery/rehab/preparedness activities under DRR and DRM as whole.

For resilience it is also necessarry that technical and financial support should be extended to target communities to materialize their plans with resources and local capacities.
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken
WESS formed 40 CBDRM Committees and trained them on subject matter. As a result all the target communities have now active plans towards risk Assessment i.e. their Identified hazards, vulnerabilities, and capacities within the community. Communities resource Mapping Inventorying local resources and capabilities that will be utilized during disasters.
