The CEESP focal point had had no engagement in progressing this resolution for a variety of reasons, including lack of engagement with the Secretariat focal point, the predominantly biological perspective on the resolution being taken on the resolution by the Secretariat focal point, and lack of time and other resources to canvass the relevance of the resolution to CEESP members.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?:
