o Transmission and sharing of existing know-how between advanced and less developed management schemes and support the emergence of innovative solutions for building greater resilience in management schemes (exchange visits gathering different stewards; online exchanges between stewards, technical and financial support to management schemes’ improvement …) (future action)

o Development of a Community of Practice (CoP) of stewards (ongoing action): the Community of Practice will convene stewards of effective management schemes. Criteria development (with global consultation of experts) / on-site validation / CoP facilitation

o Dissemination of key solutions, project findings and scaling-up of lessons from local models through collaboration with global initiatives (thematic networks, global organizations, global platforms…) (future action)

o Representation of the project including stewards (through conferences) to give more visibility to the stewards’ work and the project findings (future action)

o Promote the Community of Practice on the Restor platform towards expanding it (future action)

o Capture and disseminate of lessons learnt from the project (future action)

o Production of communication content on salient points of the project (future action)

o Supporting the stewards in extracting elements of resilience from their own management models (future action)

o Supporting the stewards to bring the resilience of their models one step further based on experience from other stewards and results of the research (future action): starting with a small group of Lighthouse schemes

o Development of a financing mechanism to support Biodivearth and the Community of Practice in the long run. This mechanism (potentially through service providing) could be articulated around diagnosing resilience of management schemes and providing solutions to improve their level of resilience (future action)

o Support to stewards fundraising, especially facilitating connection with global initiatives and donors that could support them (future action)

o Support the stewards from the Community of Practice in their policy and advocacy work at local as dictated by the needs of the project (future action)

o When opportunity arises, contribute to policy development on the theme of resilience at national and global level collaborating with networks and initiatives (for example through the research results) (future action)

o Identifying existing tools and research initiatives tackling resilience of management schemes in the framework of the project development (on-going action)

o Extracting keys of resilience (future action): collaboration will be established between the Stewards and Research organisations to understand the key factors contributing to the resilience of the lighthouse schemes, pulling data from the CoP sites themselves and from other sites worldwide

o Publication of results in peer-reviewed journals (future action)
