For the record: more than 1000 individual pieces of feedback from the Members /Commissions were analyzed through previous events (9 RCFs, 3 regional committees, 12 National Committees; 6 IUCN Commissions, task forcesm IPO and Youth Advisory worshopds, the private sector/IUCN Leaders Forum, and online consultation survey. During 2025: 4 Steering Committee meetings were held to discuss, adjust and gather feedback and inputs from the Members of the SC; those in-depth discussions allowed for adjusting and getting the SC approval for submission to the Council meetings carried out in January and May 2025. during which the Council members provided their inputs. Sound consultations results were processed and included in the proposed 20y- SV VIsion. In addition, two sessions with the Global Group of Regional, National and interregional Committees of Members (July 2025) were carried out to socialize process carried out to shape the 20y SV and Programme 2026-2029 as well as the proposed draft to be further discussed with the Contact Group and to be submitted to the Congress.
