Comments
The consolidated assessment generally reflects implementation progress accurately. Several actions have been completed or initiated, notably regarding stakeholder identification and engagement, internal coordination mechanisms, policy influence, and project portfolio tracking. Most activities remain ongoing. Progress in some areas has been slower due to the time required to coordinate efforts across multiple partners, Commissions, and Secretariat teams, for example in establishing and operationalizing the Cross-Commission Working Group.
