Resolution 103 is being integrated into IUCN's broader nature-positive and just energy-transition work, including development of the Energy, Climate and Nature/Nature-Positive Energy initiative and related work on biodiversity safeguards and responsible energy investment. However, the available evidence does not yet demonstrate completion of the Resolution's principal requested output: dedicated guidance on responsible energy-transition mineral governance, including safeguards, no-go zones and engagement with Indigenous Peoples and local communities.
