In the shadow of the city

This film looks at the environmental problems of urbanisation in Bombay and London. There is a bright side of commercial and industrial progress and a dark side with the homeless, the over-crowded and over-polluted cities. Living conditions in Bombay are well described. First there is a rural-urban migration then in the over-crowded city we are following the street children who are recycling waste to earn some money.
