This is an amateur film, begining at 5'40". In France's Savoie region more than a billion dollars is being spent on preparations for next month's Winter Olympics. Mountain slopes are being remodelled, forest uprooted, water courses diverted, and new roads, pistes, lifts and bobsleigh runs added. The soil erosion produced by ski run. The dammages caused by tourism. We have a panoramic view of all the sites used by the winter olympic games and the impact on landscape and environment.
