First sequence shows ecosystem: natural vegetation, wildlife from the desert, and the traditionnal cultivation system using terraces. In the second part, the viewer is shown the advance of sand dunes and what efforts are being made to fight this advance e.g. hedge planting for wind breaks. (incomplete copy, take ends at 32 min.)
