Capacity-buildingThe WCPA has established a Task Force on Healthy Parks, Healthy People which is preparing Best Practice Guidelines on Healthy Parks, Healthy People, with financial support from the Commission Operating Fund, Parks Victoria (IUCN Member) and the Korea National Park Service. The WCPA hopes to be able to launch this publication at the 2016 World Conservation Congress.
Convene stakeholders/NetworkingIUCN, together with several partners successfully planned and managed a whole stream of the IUCN World Parks Congress on Promoting Human Health and Well-Being: Healthy Parks, Healthy People. This stream brought together practitioners and case studies and resulted in a suite of recommendations for transformative action.
Policy influencing/advocacyIn response to the IUCN World Parks Congress, IUCN is working with the Salzburg Global Seminar and IUCN members to convene a Parks for the Planet Forum in November 2015, that will focus on Nature, Health and a New Urban Generation. The Parks for the Planet Forum will be Co-Chaired by the Director General, and a representative of the World Health Organisation (Dr Maria Neira has been invited).
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
The resolution is on the path to being fully implemented. IUCN, through the GPAP has embraced responsibility for ensuring that the connection between protected areas and human health and well-being is articulated, and complemented by ongoing implementation of the recommendations through an enduring partnership with IUCN members and new partners.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
We are actively promoting a partnership of key organisations, and a ten-year programme that can attract further funding
