What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?:
Unknown. Was just appointed as focal point for this resolution and have not spoken with Ministry of Environment in Japan. It appears no actions are currently being taken. Actions that could likely be taken include coordinating with other on-going initiatives (SERVIR Mekong, Open Development Mekong, GBIF) and identifying funding and partners outside of Japan.
