OtherIUCN Asia regional office has been in discussions with the Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea on finalising a proposal for initiating actions related to the implementation of this Recommendation. The Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea following some discussions is in the process of considering the final version for approval.

Convene stakeholders/NetworkingOne of the activities is to convene a Northeast Asia workshop on options for managing transboundary protected areas. This will possibly be held in China and coordinated by the IUCN China country office
