OtherThere are many activities by government and NGO members of IUCN for conservation of freshwater cetacean species across South and Southeast Asia and elsewhere.

The IUCN Cambodia and Thailand Country Offices have recently launched a transboundary dolphin conservation project, which includes the Irawaddy Dolphin (one of the species also targeted by this Recommendation).
