Education/Communication/Raising awarenessIUCN Secretariat and CEESP jointly published two review papers on the role of ecosystems in food security, including the importance of ecosystem services for local communities. These were presented at an FAO conference on forests and food systems.
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
The basic framework on ecosystem services and food security has served to guide development of IUCN's engagement and programme development on food security and ecosystems.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
Further development of efforts for fundraising on food security, although this requires up front investment, which is currently not available.
