Convene stakeholders/NetworkingCEESP Respecc convened a meeting of Faith-based organisations, including ACT Alliance, the Quakers, the Holy See and others at the UNFCCC intersessional (SBI 44 / APA1) in Bonn, Germany in May 2016
Field activities2 Workshops in Sri Lanka to follow up on UNFCCC COP21: report back and dialogue between religious leaders, CSOs and environmental scientists in Colombo; workshop on the social implication of ocean acidification with the Marine division of the Sri Lankan National Ministry of the Enviroment
Policy influencing/advocacyMeetings with various Moroccan national agencies to help include Faith-based constituency organisations in UNFCCC COP22 in Marrakech and the Sommet des Consciences in Fez for November 2016; Meetings conducted in Bonn Germany from 17 - 21 May 2016

Sri Lankan civil society and government appreciated IUCN's support to understand and reflect on the Paris Agreement;
Sri Lanka civil society and religious committed to support WCC;
Sri Lanka national ministry of the Environment interested in further engagement with IUCN on ocean acidification;
UNEP and UNESCO ready to work with IUCN on faith-based engagement in sustainable development goals, climate change and conservation;
Iranian government interested in IUCN's Spirituality & Conservation Journey at WCC;
Moroccan government working with IUCN / CEESP on plans for UNFCCC COP22 in Marrakech
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
No Commission or IUCN funds were available for any of these activities. Identifying Secretariat or Commission resources would move the work forward.
