Capacity-buildingTargeted technical input have been provided to CBD Regional Capacity Building Workshops on how to enhance and accelerate the establishment of well managed and governed PAs Systems.
Policy influencing/advocacyTechnical and policy guidance continue to be provided to the Parties of the CBD on ways and means to establish effectively established and governed PAs Systems.
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
This is an on-going task. Identifying results and achievements is still premature. However there are indications, as noted in National CBD Reports, that guidance provided by IUCN is increasingly applied to enhance national PAs Systems.
