IUCN member National Whistleblower Centre has conducted numerous international training sessions in collaboration with other international NGOs in order to raise awareness of U.S. wildlife whistleblower laws which can be applied to wildlife trafficking. NWC has also interacted with and supported several government agencies for implementation of laws and agency policies, as well as advocated for new legislation in the US Congress.
The Environmental Law Centre through court case analysis and training on wildlife crime in Tanzania provided insight to judges and prosecutors on the status of law enforcement.

Funds are to be raised to fully implement the resolution.
Future actions / activities needed for the implementation of this Resolution
The National Whistleblower Centre plan to continue with further educational initiatives and policy advocacy in the upcoming year. The IUCN Environmental Law Centre will further engage with partners in Africa and international partners in addressing wildlife trafficking and crime.
