The Best Practice Guidelines on Connectivity Conservation have been widely distributed and applied in the institutions noted above. CI and WWF have incorporate these guidelines in the implementation of a number of field projects. IUCN-ESARO is actively promoting this guidelines on activities concerning the planning and management of Transfrontier Conservation Areas which are supported by KfW. Successful case studies on Connectivity Conservation have been compiled and profiled through PANORAMA. IUCN and WCPA continue to promote in the CBD and the WHC the principles on Connectivity Conservation as a key tool for achieving CBD Target 11.
