InterEnvironment Institute serves as the secretariat for the IUCN WCPA Urban Conservation Strategies Specialist Group. Focus in 2018 was on urban protected areas; the Natural Neighbors initiative (promoting metropolitan alliances of conservation agencies and museums, etc.); natural darkness; and natural sound.
