1- The promotor of the resolution of this motion is drafting together with other Spanish institutions a project aiming at the restoration of some habitats for this species in Andalusia
2 - The promotor with other regional institutions have started a process of negotiation in order to create a natural reserve to enhance the conservation of those species in Malaga province

The main obstacles are the coordination among public administration that have competences related to the conservation of marine and coastal areas
