An achievement is the action by the University of Victoria in the establishment of the world’s first degree programme to combine the intensive study of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous law, enabling people to work fluently across the two realms.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
I was in New York, in 2007, when Canada was embarrassed by being one of four countries that refused to adopt UNDRIP, and I lobbied until Canada finally adopted it in 2010, and since then I have lobbied for its implementation, and exposed Canada's decision to proclaim that "consent" is not really consent but only "consultation" Also I have continually protested against the violation of First Nati
