It is not clear what has happened as no activity reports have been uploaded for 2019 and the WCPA declined to establish a Specialist Group as called for in the resolution as TOR for this group were not agreed. It is believed that some activities are ongoing in China.

The resolution has not been embedded in a global network, and the activities remain largely restricted to China.
