After some delays, the letters to the Governor and others were sent out from the DGO in July 2019. As far as we are aware, not feedback has been received.
What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
The Governor's office has been silent. The rules continue to sit on the Governor's desk awaiting the simple approval of a public hearing so that the people may be heard.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution: 
A follow up on the letters may be needed, if appropriate.
