Describe the results/achievements of the actions taken: 
Following the technical meeting of experts in 2018, partners continued to pursue their own programmes while continuing to liaise and connect with each other. A report from the meeting was developed and circulated. Significant effort was made to raise funds.
What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
Fundraising has been unsuccessful. Staff turnover has further impeded implementation. Unfortunately, given the circumstances it was not possible to fully implement the resolution as envisioned.
Briefly describe what future actions are needed for the implementation of this Resolution: 
As a priority, resources need to be identified for implementation of this Resolution.
