1. Creation of the Science Task Force for the Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and operations in 2020 - 2021 that led to the production of the think piece "Science-based ecosystem restoration for the 2020s and beyond" https://portals.iucn.org/library/node/49731. Operations are stalled from Apr 2022 due to lack of funding.
2. Roll out a communication campaign in 2021 to promote the think piece (videos, events, outreach campaign) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8LT6yUbvn4
3. Publication of a community organizing toolkit http://restoreyourcommunity.org/

What challenges/obstacles have been encountered in the implementation of this Resolution and how were they overcome : 
Lack of funding to assign needed staff to perform IUCN's role as lead of the Science Task Force and other community mobilization activities committed under the UN Decade
